In a small town in Connecticut called West Hartford, a place I call home. Art has been my life’s passion and dream, especially drawing people. Most summers I would spend creating art taking classes at the West Hartford Art League and the University of Hartford. I surround myself with art observing the natural world, seeing bright and bold colors, basic shapes, architecture, and brands. This exploration led me to an interest in pursuing a career in design and illustration.
I received my BFA in Illustration from Ringling College of Art and Design in Sarasota, FL. Once I graduated, I started doing freelance work with a variety of companies and individuals beginning with the inclusive café BeanZ & Co. I was hired to design their logo, branding, merchandising and signage for their business since its very beginning. I also worked with the architecture firm Urform, LLC, and then full-time as a design assistant at Kitchen & Bath Design + Construction. In my work with architects, I explored drafting, rendering, and 3D design self-training on several architecture programs.
